I know it sounds cheesy, but seriously…
We have been conditioned for so many years, from so many different sources to believe that there are some foods that are “good” and some that are “bad” and this is just simply not true.
Believe me when I tell you that there is room for every type of food in a balanced, healthy diet.
There is no restriction. There is no guilt. There are no “cheats”.
Healing our relationship with food is NOT easy. It will take time, patience and understanding… (see rule #1)
