Programming will be delivered via the WeStrive App
WeStrive is a fairly new app that was designed specifically for this purpose.
I really liked that they gave me the option to prebuild all of the programming and their customer service is FANTASTIC.
As a client, you will receive your programming directly on the app that way you will have direct access to any demo videos you may need during the workout and you will have the ability to take note of how much weight you lifted, how you felt during the specific exercises, any questions you may have and if you experienced any pain or have other concerns etc.
There are a bunch of other options for tracking other health related components as well, if you are interested in utilizing them, including a calorie tracker, step counter and water consumption tracker.
